Ol Pejeta on Nat Geo Wild, Africa!

Viewers in Africa will now have a chance to see Ultimate Africa, an exciting 10-episode series on Nat Geo Wild now scheduled to air on Nat Geo Wild, Africa, starting from Monday 28th of September. The thrilling documentary follows safari adventurer Jean Du Plessis as he explores big-game trophy hunting and anti-poaching efforts as conservation strategies in Africa.

The Ol Pejeta Conservancy features in two of the episodes, Rhinos of Ol Pejeta, scheduled to air on Friday 2nd October at 6 pm, and Fugitives of Laikipia scheduled for Tuesday 6th October at 6 pm.

In Rhinos of Ol Pejeta, Jean joins in a thrilling operation to translocate seven endangered black rhinos, in which he goes off in search of Millennium, a female rhino who went missing during the exercise and was feared to have been attacked by lions! In Fugitives of Laikipia, Jean returns to Ol Pejeta where management are trying to deal with problem elephants that use their tusks to break through electrified fences and raid local villagers’ crops.
